Ordering Information:
1. Choose T-Shirt color
2. Who's Memory? (Daddy, Mommy, Sister, etc.) For Custom Name it can not exceed 7 characters!
3. If you would like Name and dates on sleeves you can only put one item per sleeve. So If you want Name and Date you will need to add on "Both Sleeves".
